Climate change in the world can be caused by various activities. When climate changes occur temperature can increase dramatically. When the temperature rises, many different changes occur. It can result in floods, droughts, or intense rain as well as serve heat waves. Oceans and glaciers have also experienced some changes, oceans are warming and becoming more acidic, glaciers are melting, and sea levels are rising. These frequent changes are happening. There is a need to reduce the climate change emissions in the world to make it a better place for the future generation. To solve this problem Kotter’s eight step process is extremely helpful in finding the solutions.

The first step is to create a sense of urgency. People already know about the potential threats, and they know what could happen in the future. There should be more discussion and creating fresh solutions so that people start thinking more about it and support to make better situation. After that, the next step is to create a guiding coalition. In this we need someone who can lead it. They need to influence other people. The work should be done like that they create momentum among the people that there is need for change.

Next creating a vision is necessary because it determines the actual concept to the people that why there is a need for the change. Vision should be like that it will be easy for communicating with people. They need to address how we can save our environment. For achieving any goals, we always face barriers. The main problem should be lack of participation but to remove this the team members should tell everybody how the climate affects the life of everyone. People need to use products which do not harm the environment. By this they create short wins which increase the motivation of the team members. Lead team members need to talk about the things they have achieved so that the other new leaders must come in their support. We need to change our living styles and make sure to help with the change that is needed to make the climate fine.
