The relationship between the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and CSR are that the SDGs outlines the global challenges we face in our environment like climate change, humiliation of environment, poverty, inequality, peace and justice. The CSR establishes a sustainable future where the organization incorporates social and environmental efforts into its commercial operation and interaction with the stakeholders.

The SDGs provides a framework that are influenced by the government bodies, corporations, civil society and individuals. Despite the importance of all sectors’ engagement in reaching these goals, large firms are under more pressure to promote change through their CSR efforts. SDGs can also be used to deal with growing scrutiny from a variety of stakeholder groups on social, environmental, and labour issues. The role of SDGs is that to make the world a better and more sustainable place for everyone where they address worldwide the concern of poverty, inequality, climate change, and de-gradation of environment, peace and justice. Where in the CSR plays an important role to attract qualified, bright personnel, raise their reputation, and improve customer happiness, as they helps in customer satisfaction. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is critical because it clarifies terminology and introduces fundamental positions and limitations from the perspective of organizations and their roles in balancing the three pillars of sustainable development, economic growth, social development, and environmental protection.

The SDGs and CSR are most needed for this society where people can volunteer is such social responsibilities for the wellness of the world in construction and development for the future. Together, CSR and the SDGs can provide a powerful model for sustainable growth.
