The company was able to create a strong existence in the market giving tough competition to international brands such as L’Oréal, Tresemme, Dove, etc. Along with this, a major thrift in sales was seen when the company launched a campaign that on every product purchased on official website or app, a new plant will be planted and will be taken care of by MamaEarth team (Mamaearth, 2022). This campaign created a brand image of a product which is providing quality product along with that working for betterment of environment. To assure this that a new tree is planted, the location, image could be seen by the customer through a given link by the company which can be accessible at any time. This shows us that being ethical towards society and environment is not just our formality but also it helps in building our brand image.
