In the given scenarios, there is a dilemma whether to tell about merging to everyone or not. the marketing department of the company is doing great. The president of the company suggested an idea to merge with company B and serve this company too on the side. but, as a manager, I have to keep this secret. so the dilemma is how can I keep it secret.

This advice gave me a challenging task to do. It is a very challenging condition for me not to reveal this to everyone because all the employees working under me trust me. So, it would be difficult for me in this situation. This is an unusual experience for me, in which I am confused about what to do or not. It may put a bad impression on the employee if I keep this secret and if a rumor came out too. My friend Gregory wants to buy a house, this may also create financial problems for him too. well, this is a difficult situation for me, if I take it another way of having benefits. This merger can bring benefits not only for me but for everyone. Like, working for two institutions bring financial advantage to me and other employees will have my reference if they also merge with that company.

To come out of this dilemma, there can be many solutions in which some are ethical and some are least ethical. the most ethical is to go with truth. I should reveal this thing to everyone so that there will be no doubt in mind of any employee. Truth is very necessary in building trust because these employees work under me and trust me. Moreover, i can tell to my friend only so that he will be prepared before buying the house and do not face any problem. one is accept the rumor and go with the flow. Last which i consider least ethical is to look for my own benefit because this is a competitive world and everyone look for their own benefits.

Finally, I will go with the most ethical method to tell truth to everyone so that every employee can look for their profits instead depending on me. I consider we should do our duties in ethical ways to avoid such challenging conditions in life.
