Capitalism is a financial system in which non-public humans control homes according their hobby, call for and deliver restore fees in markets as serve the great hobby of society. Capitalism is founded on these pillars private properties can be tangible or intangible assets, self-interest, competition privilege to enter and exit the market and the limited role of government in protecting citizens’ rights. The economists have diagnosed 4 forms of capitalism outstanding in the manner of beginning businesses by using innovation and the institutional setting wherein new thoughts are placed into spur economic growth (Baumol, Litan, and Schramm, 2007).
It is the combination of freedom and government controls, but a social system in which the government is protecting individual rights, such as property rights, where there is absolutely no government intervention in the economy (Rand). According to a positive point of view, capitalism promotes innovation in the economy, fulfills the necessities of people, and helps to improve the living standard of the masses. However, there is greater inequality in social division for instance firms that have monopoly power pay lower wages to workers. Capitalism also makes inequality in society rich become more rich and poor people become poor. The future of capitalism is very unpredictable because it does not have an end. Due to capitalism companies will try to invest in private sectors in R&D, they will compete in infrastructure investments and innovation areas for a long period of investment. Moreover, people will try to change their behavior and discover a new form of ownership. Overall, capitalism is an economic system in which the masses manage things according to their interest, it is beneficial to improve the standard of living of people as well as promotes technologies. However, it is the biggest reason for inequality in society also.
