According to me, plagiarism is not a good thing for students because academic field has some set of limits. when i was in school at that time i did not know the concept of plagiarism and have lack of awareness about it. But now as i enrolled in post graduation and i heard about it from most of my friends and from our teachers. In the field of academics plagiarism can cause punishment from teachers. I read from the article ‘educational integrity’ that students do plagiarism due to various reasons such as most of the students want to get good marks and most of them do not want to put extra efforts.

As discussed by Mahmood et al. (2011) that plagiarism has two kinds intentionally or unintentionally. one is that students know everything about it and they deliberately do plagiarism and other one is that students do not know about the proper concept of it and have lack of knowledge. Moreover, as i think students break the rules because they do not have moral and ethical values such as respect of teachers, loyalty, and truth. According to my point of view students do plagiarism because there are number of sources are available due to rapid growth in technology. So plagiarism is a serious issue among most of the students and i think students should not choose the wrong way to complete studies. I learnt one thing from plagiarism is that honesty should be the first priority for everyone.
