Some are slowing down and putting less pressure on their self and focused more on the most aspects of life like family. The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on our daily lives has been so extensive that things will never be the same. Self-care industry should be regulated as it has less attention and undervalued and people are looking forward to self-improvement. Practicing self-care can help alleviate the psychological distress and anxiety caused by the pandemic. Vitamins, food supplements, wellness, skin care and fitness products are some of the self-care products that helps in promoting mental health and wellness.  Improvement of our self-care will can add up to massive impacts that support our healthcare system and living a healthier and happier life.
