Ethical Dilemma:
I was writing a test while I was in 5th grade, I had access to the book wherein the answers were available. I was in a conundrum about whether to take a look at the study material available to me or not. I wrote the test all by myself without any external help and scored just above average but I felt proud of myself later and that feeling still stays with me afresh.

Academic Ethics:
Academic Ethics in my context would mean that I do my work with integrity and diligence where my work as a student should be original in nature and should present new ideas. If I do my work as a student honestly with originality, I would find it easier to do the same when I work in my business or profession because I will be able to solve complex problems easily.

Business Ethics:
Business ethics means certain rules or codes of conduct to be followed by an organization. Such rules can be applicable to the organization through internal as well as external forces. Internal forces would include the organization’s policies and external forces would include government policies, policies applied by the relevant industry, suppliers, or clients.
At the end of the course, I hope to learn more about how the accountability and responsibility of ensuring that business ethics are being followed in the organization is fixed and in case such business ethics are not being followed, what corrective measures can be taken.
