There are number of ethical issues which are faced by students in schools as well as colleges. some of these are social issues, ragging, bullying, preferential treatment and many more. most common of these is bullying.
I faced one of the above ethical issues which are bullying. this happened to me when I took admission to an English medium school from a Hindi medium government school. at that time I was weak in English .due to this my classmates used to make fun of me and sometimes also my English teacher did not like to hear the answers from me. at that time I felt bad because my English was not so good. to overcome this issue, i joined English coaching classes which built confidence in me.
To remove such ethical dilemmas, everyone should be treated equally regardless of any weakness. There should be a change in people’s mentality.

In relevance to my post, I think I need improvement in using grammar properly like the use of punctuation marks, proper spacing between words, use of capital letters at accurate places. I also need changes in appearance of my posts like layout.

I would not worry about layout. The blogging platform hinders this a bit . You are right about your post. There are a few writing errors but you have identified them.
