In my life I have been through ethical dilemmas many times. The biggest ethical dilemma I faced was whether to move away from my family for my higher studies or be with my family and compromise with my career. I thought about this and came to the conclusion that I have to make my family happy and they will be the happiest when I will be successful in my career. It was the biggest dilemma of my life and the family

helped me come out of it very easily.

Academic ethics for me are the honesty we apply while we do any work or study. The more we do it with honesty the more it pays back. Dedication is the key to success. Academic ethics means the set of ethics we apply in academics. Like, honesty, integrity, dedication and hard work. I can apply it by doing my work with honesty and perform to my best.

Business ethics to me are the Ethical practices that we use while doing business. For eg. Earning profits but not with bad intentions. We should not adopt malpractices to earn profit in business is an example of business ethics. A business without ethics is never successful. If we see big companies which are successful today they have specialized trainings for business ethics. They teach their employees to behave ethically and don’t involve in malpractices.
