For me Business Ethics is a system of rules and guidelines made by business professionals. The main reason of this is to keep an eye on what is right and what is wrong in the business. Most of the business houses promotes business ethics to build trust from the shareholders, investors, employees, customers.

There are number of reasons behind the growth of the business that is the employees performance, business environment, proper interactions, policies and procedures of the company. These factors must be followed to avoid any type of chaos. Businesses can run in a long term when the companies make decisions and it should be implemented by employees with honesty and fairness.
