Leadership is the relationship between two or more people who are dependable on each other to obtain certain goals. A leader is the one who helps themselves as well as others. They try to set the vision and direction to create something new. Leaders use their management skills for smooth and effective functioning.

The trait theory of leadership focuses on the distinctive characteristics that are related to being a successful leader. According to Thomas Carlyle, this is something that a person can be born with and something that cannot be developed.

Leaders are the ones who always think outside of the box and adapt the changes quickly like Charles Darwin said,” The most important factor in survival is neither intelligence nor strength but adaptability.” (Keating, 2021). They must take change as an opportunity, and they must have multiple plans to reach the goal. They also gave a chance to colleagues to give their suggestions so that they could inspire them to do their best. A strong leader is committed to the truth, and he must have the courage to accept responsibility. If something is not in the favor of the business. The leader needs to take a stand rather than blaming his colleagues and learn from that mistake. He must have the character to influence others.

Moreover, to lead a team self-confidence is all what you need because everyone is going to follow you and you genuinely care about the success of the team.

In conclusion, leadership is necessary to create a vision for the future and achieve it by proper planning and implementation.
