Cities, regions, and territories are all focusing on culture right now. Whereas international or global viewpoints emphasis culture’s technological dimension, local perspectives remind us that culture is most important as social capital. It represents a unique identity that allows a community to stand out. If the plurality of cultural expressions is acknowledged, it fosters the trust and cooperation required to develop cultural goods. One of the way our community can create cultural shifts that would reduce the impact of business externalities on society is education.

Education is the primary means through which a community can effect cultural shifts that lessen the impact of economic externalities on society. Both young people in the community and adults wishing to start a career in any industry will benefit from education because they will be able to see the long-term consequences of their decisions. People that are educated are better equipped to make better decisions that benefit society as a whole, rather than just an individual or a small group. When this information is offered, cultural shifts will occur because these folks will be able to see beyond what advantages them right now and instead focus on what benefits everyone in the long run.

To Conclude, one of the most important aspects of life is education. Depending on how businesses interact with the community, the economic impact might be favorable or detrimental. The first way to do so is through education. Another effective way to accomplish this through social media and global networks.
