Kotter’s change model is best way to bring a change in your organization and society. The model has 8 steps that can be followed for bringing the change. Today we are going to use this Kotter’s method for climate change.
Climate emission is biggest problem that world is facing and it is getting worse day by day. Some thing needs to change and need to spread the awareness among people that how much situation is getting critical. The first step is create urgency: here we should communicate our idea of change and spread the knowledge about climate and let people know that what are we doing with this. The amount of carbon dioxide is increasing in the air and it leads to global warming. And global warming is the only reason for climate change. In the result of climate change, world is facing droughts, floods, long summers and melting glaciers.
Climate crisis creates a lot of problems which people has to face them. By the way, the only reason of climate change is the lifestyle of people. People are using the natural resources without thinking, use and throw, burning fossil fuels, deforestation. To eliminate the climate crisis, we should communicate this problem with people and connect with empowered people for support. Tell them about your vision that what you want to do. We should connect with volunteers who are willing to protect the environment.
There are some steps which can be taken on personal level to reduce the effect of climate change and solve the issues with climate. Like, refuse to use and throw culture and time to adopt reduce, reuse, and recycle style. By providing education about pollution and and reasons that are responsible for climate change. Moreover, raise hands against deforestation and promote forests, preserve water. Building sustainable cities powered by renewal energy. Set some goals to achieve and after completing those goals, provide or create small wins which encourage the people to do more efforts. After these all, try to calculate the mistakes in recent activities and plan to overcome them for next goals.
