Improve

Tesla Inc. must balance an adequate corporate social responsibility to ensure minimal detrimental effects on and optimal benefit to stakeholders. Tesla, Inc. has a significant chance to show firm’s corporate social responsibility efforts can be made to serve the interests of stakeholders and contribute to the global community. They need to open more service centers and incline staff and focus to manage costs carefully to preserve the goodwill of their brand (Crider, 2021).

Strength

Tesla’s electric vehicles are extensively viewed as an answer to the dangerous impacts of diesel and petrol automobiles that use internal combustion machines. Tesla is honored as a fantastic establishment for youthful workers to spend their effort and energy because it has espoused an innovative and different culture (2022). It was lately named one of the stylish workplaces, attracting immature job campaigners with new chops and drive.

Greenwashing

According to German media reports, Tesla’s new Gigafactory that’s presently being erected in Brandenburg, Germany will consume an inconceivable quantum of water (Greenspan, 2018). The Brandenburg plant will consume about3.6 million boxy meters of water per time, which is roughly 30 of the total water in the region. According to experts, this will certainly cause a water deficit to produce energy to charge batteries and the manufacturing of cars.

In conclusion, there is no doubt Tesla is a popular brand of automobile these days because of its new technology, it generates employment for youngsters and reduces the harmful impacts of diesel and petrol on the environment. However, the manufacturing process consumes an incredible amount of water to produce energy which is why it is very difficult for Tesla to make a market in a few years.
