Consider the following scenario to illustrate corporate ethics: a company sells food items, and a supplier approaches the company and offers them low-quality identical food products at a high-profit margin. The company can choose to sell the duplicate products for a great profit, whether they can decline the offer because they know it is against business ethics to generate profits at the expense of quality and consumer trust.
